We are now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to complement our established Marketing team based in our head office, providing our global audience of end users as well as our extensive dealer and distributor network with world class support for the Freedman Electronics Group product range across all digital touch points.

 

You will be challenged to rise above the ordinary

The successful canddiate wil be responsible for;

  • Providing outstanding frontline customer service and support to our international audience via phone, email and social media. This includes support of products from RØDE Microphones, Event Electronics, Aphex and SoundField and all supporting campaigns such as My RODE Reel, with an emphasis on written email communication.
  • Assisting with website issues relating to customer login information, product registrations, serial numbers, and customer data.
  • Assisting in the creation of support documentation including FAQ’s and troubleshooting guides, product manuals and web copy.
  • Provide the Marketing team with weekly reports on recurring issues and FAQ’s.
  • Managing all promotional dispatch, shipping and tracking information.
  • Product usage, investigation and testing where required.

To be successful you will have;

  • Experience in a customer service/customer facing role.
  • Applicants with experience in audio engineering or knowledge of audio equipment preferred.
  • Firm understanding of ‘signal flow’ and have proven strength in problem solving/troubleshooting – ideally with an audio focus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong aptitude for self-learning.
  • Team oriented individual with a strong ability to work under own initiative.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
